In Andijan region, serious measures were applied to a fuel station operating without passing the state verification. As a result, this gas station was fined 90 million 400 thousand soms.
The Territorial Administration of “Uzenergoinspection” in Andijan conducted an inspection at the fuel station owned by “M.O.” LLC in Marhamat district. During the inspection, compliance with the distribution requirements of petroleum products was thoroughly checked and a number of deficiencies in the control system were identified.
It was revealed that the fuel pumps at this gas station sold AI-80 and AI-92 gasoline to consumers without undergoing the next state verification. This indicated that the activity was carried out in violation of legal requirements and became a serious warning signal for supervisory authorities.
Following the inspection, based on Article 43 of Law No. 940 of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a fine of 90.4 million soms was imposed on this gas station. This amount represents 50 percent of the value of the 20,660 liters of gasoline sold and further emphasizes the significance of the legal violation.
These measures not only ensure public safety but also demonstrate the importance of strict compliance with legislation at fuel stations. Passengers and vehicle owners should support such measures and encourage control systems that ensure fuel quality and safety.
