Two judges dismissed in Uzbekistan: new appointments...

Greetings, dear readers of our site! Important personnel changes and "housecleaning" efforts continue in our country's judicial system. With the Supreme Judicial Council's decision on May 6, new appointments were made, and those who failed in their duties were dismissed. Zamin.uz presents the details of these changes.
Those who resigned voluntarily
According to the Council's decision, two judges were dismissed at their own request. Specifically, Sherali Seytirzayev, investigative judge of Tuproqqala District in Khorezm Region, and Otabek Siddiqov, chairman of the Baghdad District Court in Fergana Region, left the system voluntarily.
Violation of law and code of ethics: Disciplinary actions
Unfortunately, the terms of some judges ended due to negative reasons. Farruh Samatov, a judge for criminal cases at the Samarkand Regional Court, was removed from his position for actions tarnishing the judicial reputation and violating the code of ethics.
Additionally, the term of Fahriddin Xalilov, a judge at the Tashkent City Court, was terminated early due to violations committed during the administration of justice. These decisions are legally binding from the moment of signing.
New names in the judicial system
The Council also approved a series of appointments to fill vacancies and increase efficiency. The following specialists will now begin their responsible duties:
Shavkatjon Mirzaliyev — Investigative judge of Nurafshon City Court;
Shoxan Bekturganov — Judge of Yunusabad District Court;
Farruh Bozorboyev — Judge of Yakkasaray District Court;
Dildora Anvarova — Investigative judge of Shaykhontohur District Court;
Botirjon Sagatov — Judge of Yashnabad District Court;
Iqbol Zokirov — Investigative judge of Namangan City Court.
Officials believe that such changes serve to ensure the transparency of the judicial system and strengthen public trust in justice.
Dear readers of our site, in your opinion, how much will such drastic measures in the judicial system affect the quality of justice? We look forward to your thoughts in the comments.
