The Leaders: Finance and IT Sectors

Today, the highest salaries traditionally remain in the finance and technology sectors.

  • Finance and Insurance: Employees of banks, leasing, and credit organizations are the absolute record holders — their average income reached 18,595.8 thousand soums.

  • Information and Communication: Representatives of the digital world are also not lagging behind. Those working in this field receive an average salary of 16,525.4 thousand soums.

Stable Middle Performers: Industry and Construction

In the real sector of the economy, indicators are close to or higher than the national average:

  • Transportation and Storage: Salaries in this field amount to 10,709.3 thousand soums.

  • Industry: The average wage in manufacturing and enterprises is formed around 8,025.6 thousand soums.

  • Trade and Construction: Trade workers earn around 7.2 million soums, while construction workers earn approximately 6.5 million soums.

Relatively Low Indicators: Services and Arts

In some service sectors, salaries are slightly lower than the national average:

  • Arts and Recreation: Representatives of the cultural sphere receive an average salary of 5.3 million soums.

  • Catering and Hotels: In this direction, the salary amount was also recorded at around 5.3 million soums.

Where is the Lowest Salary?

Unfortunately, the education and healthcare sectors, which are most vital for society, still remain at the bottom of the list:

  • Education: The average salary of teachers and mentors working in this system amounts to 4,615.9 thousand soums.

  • Healthcare: The lowest indicator was observed in the field of medicine and social services — an average of 4,111.6 thousand soums.
