Uzbekistan and the UN have signed a cooperation program until 2030
Uzbekistan and the United Nations have signed a new Cooperation Program for Sustainable Development for 2026–2030. The ceremony took place at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy in Tashkent.

This program is aimed at improving people's quality of life, reducing inequality and ensuring equal opportunities for all. Its implementation involves 25 UN agencies, funds, and programs, and will help the country achieve its development goals.

The cooperation covers six main areas. Special attention is given to the Karakalpakstan region.

The program supports initiatives for job creation, improving education, and delivering clean drinking water to the population.
