How did Arbeloa respond to the reasons for the crisis at Real Madrid?

Real Madrid head coach Alvaro Arbeloa explained why the team hasn't shown the expected level of "best football" under his leadership yet. These words of Arbeloa were quoted by AS publication.
After the Spanish manager hosted the "royal club" on January 13, the results were difficult: the team lost 2-3 to "Albacete" in the Round of 16 of the Spanish Cup, and in the 8th round of the UEFA Champions League, they lost 2-4 to "Benfica."
According to Arbeloa, the issue is not "close-distant" - the main thing is time. He emphasized the players' warm reception and attitude towards his work, stating that such changes wouldn't happen overnight. According to the coach, no matter how much is said, the main process still takes place on the field: decisions in the game, automatism, mutual understanding, and rhythm are fully formed only by work and time.
Most interestingly, he didn't lose his composure: he spoke with the meaning "I'm eagerly waiting for this period to begin, let's get to work, I'm confident in myself." Through these words, the coach sends one signal to both the team and the fan: even in the current "rapid criticism" mode, one shouldn't rush, because restructuring is not a sprint, but a marathon.
