Uzbekistan Ambassador Presents Credentials in Bangladesh

President Muhammad Shahabuddin of Bangladesh received the credentials of Uzbekistan's Ambassador Sardor Rustamboyev. During the meeting, Shahabuddin emphasized that Bangladesh views Uzbekistan as a key partner and a trusted friend in Central Asia.

The parties discussed enhancing cooperation in the fields of trade and investment. Bangladesh expressed its readiness to collaborate in the textile, pharmaceutical, and leather industries.

Furthermore, both sides agreed to intensify relations in the areas of tourism and higher education. Shahabuddin highly praised Uzbekistan's reforms, noting that they have elevated the country's reputation on the international stage.
