Uzbek restaurant opened in Hiroshima
An Uzbek national cuisine restaurant and a Namangan Region trade house have opened in Hiroshima, Japan. The main aim of the project is to promote regional brands and strengthen trade and cultural ties.

The restaurant introduces traditional dishes of Uzbek cuisine—palov, samsa, shurva, lagman, and kazan-kabob—to Japanese visitors, as highlighted by representatives of the region. The Namangan Region trade house will serve as a primary platform to promote industrial, agricultural, textile, handicraft products, and gastronomic brands.

This platform is aimed at creating new export directions and fostering direct links between entrepreneurs of both countries.
