Over 600 artifacts have been stolen from a museum in Bristol, United Kingdom, CNN reported. The theft occurred on September 25.

The missing artifacts are linked to the history of the British Empire and the Commonwealth and hold significant cultural importance. On December 11, police released images of four suspects and appealed to the public for assistance.

The stolen items include jewelry, military memorabilia, as well as carved figures made of ivory, bronze, and silver. Archive staff discovered the loss the day after the incident.
