It is said that tokens associated with the Trump family were introduced to the public in 2025 with the participation of Trump’s campaign team. At that time, the OFFICIAL TRUMP (TRUMP) and OFFICIAL MELANIA (MELANIA) memecoins were launched, and the projects were actively promoted on Donald and Melania Trump’s personal pages.
The TRUMP memecoin was launched on January 18, 2025 — two days before Trump’s inauguration — on the Solana network. According to CoinMarketCap, the price surged early on: TRUMP peaked above $75, while MELANIA reached nearly $14.
