Füllkrug says Bierhoff helped him settle in at Milan

German striker Niklas Füllkrug said that one of the people who closely supported him during his adaptation to Milan was Oliver Bierhoff. Bierhoff is a former club player and one of the key figures of the team that won the 1998/1999 Scudetto. This was reported by euro-football.ru reports .

According to Füllkrug, Bierhoff invited him to meetings and explained in detail the club, the city and Milan’s status. “The rest is up to me now: a striker has to score. Pulisic and Leão are great, but goals from other forwards wouldn’t hurt either,” pianetamilan.it quotes him as saying.

In the next round of the Italian league, Milan will face Fiorentina.
