Uzbekistan’s dried apricot exports rose 2.4 times in a year

According to the National Statistics Committee, in January–November 2025 Uzbekistan’s exports of dried apricots (kuraga) reached 23.9 thousand tons. This is 2.4 times more than in the same period of 2024. This was reported by kursiv.uz. reports .

Export revenue totaled $45.8 million. The largest buyers included China (5.5 thousand tons), Kazakhstan (4.6 thousand tons) and Turkey (4.1 thousand tons).

Russia also purchased 1.8 thousand tons, while Ukraine bought 1.5 thousand tons of kuraga. Other countries accounted for a total of 6.5 thousand tons.
