Taking Photos in Tashkent Markets Now Requires a Fee


The Tashkent city administration has approved new tariffs for city markets and trade complexes. The relevant decision was announced on November 18 and has come into effect.

According to the decision, filming and photography for commercial purposes in market areas are now set at 5 million soums per hour. This applies to commercial content creation such as advertisement videos, music videos, and similar productions.

Exceptions have been made for media outlets and foreign visitors. Additionally, the rates for market services, including parking, equipment rental, and general service fees for common areas, have been revised.
