An increase in arrears on taxes and other mandatory payments negatively affects the state budget and the financial activity of business entities. Tax collection is one of the oldest functions and a key condition for the existence of statehood.
Based on decisions of the Jizzakh Regional Tax Department to recover tax debt from the property of a person with tax obligations, writs of execution to collect tax debt from the “Sh.K.” farming enterprise under enforcement documents were received by the Bureau’s Sharof Rashidov District Department for processing.
State enforcement officers froze the debtor’s bank accounts and imposed restrictions on all property. During compulsory enforcement actions, the debtor’s non-residential buildings and structures were seized.
If the debt is not fully settled, this property will be sold at an auction, and the proceeds will be used to cover the задолженность.
