Agromir Acquires City Hills Partner

The Agromir Group of Companies, in partnership with Shavkat Jalolov, has acquired the construction company City Hills. Associated with him, Innovabuild firm submitted an application to purchase 100 percent of City Hills’ shares.

The Competition Committee reviewed this transaction. It was determined that both companies operate in the residential construction sector, but their merger would not affect market competition.
