The services of Humans company in Uzbekistan continue to operate without disruption. Currently, users have access to services such as a marketplace, delivery options, and other features, according to Humans Mobile Ltd., a company registered in Singapore.
"The legal proceedings involving Humans LLC do not impact the operation of services, the quality of service provision, or their availability to customers," the company stated in a press release.
Previously, reports had surfaced regarding unlawful cash withdrawals via the Humans application. Additionally, the capital’s court declared the company bankrupt and initiated liquidation processes; however, this has not halted the company’s operations.
According to Humans’ management, the bankruptcy ruling by the court is contrary to the law, as the company does not exhibit signs of insolvency. The company stated that it has repeatedly appealed the bankruptcy decision to the courts, but Uzbek courts have consistently rejected its claims.
In addition, Humans Mobile Ltd. accused certain government and commercial organizations, as well as their employees and shareholders, of attempting to seize Uzbek businesses through raiding practices.
