During the enforcement proceedings in Quva, a vehicle registered to debtor R. O., a "Damas" model car with the license plate 40 S 20 FA, was put up for auction in an effort to recover a total debt of 55,515.9 soums (52,872.3 soums principal debt and 2,643.6 soums execution fee).
However, the news of potentially losing the "White Pony" did not leave the debtor indifferent. Upon hearing that the car was being sold, the debtor rushed to the Bureau’s Quva district office on December 15, 2025, without any delay and fully cleared the outstanding debt.
After all, as the saying goes, “Losing possessions is like losing life itself.”
This strong sentiment spurred the debtor into immediate action, leading to the swift payment of the debt in full.
As a result, the "White Pony" remained with its owner, the debt was resolved, and the enforcement proceedings were lawfully concluded.
