The Compulsory Enforcement Bureau's Kokand city division allocated a total of 8.89 billion soum to designated social funds in 2025 to support the population.
These funds were distributed in accordance with the Decree No. PF-6118 issued by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on November 24, 2020. Seventy percent of the funds were directed to the "Women's Notebook," "Youth Notebook," and "Charity and Support" funds, while the remaining 30 percent was allocated to the "Infrastructure and Social Stability" fund under the Kokand city administration.
All transactions were carried out through specific treasury accounts managed by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, ensuring transparency and strict oversight.
These funds aim to support vulnerable populations, implement social projects for youth and women, and contribute to the development of local infrastructure.
