According to Hleb, it will not be easy for Gancharenko to lead Belarus to the European Championship. He emphasized that managing a national team and a club are entirely different tasks, and time will tell how Viktor Mikhailovich handles the new role, as he told RB Sport.
At the same time, the former player expressed his support for the team and coach under any circumstances. His hope is that with Gancharenko, the Belarus team will make progress.
