Former Juventus striker and French national team player David Trezeguet has returned to Argentina. He once played for Buenos Aires" River Plate team and won the championship in Argentina"s second division. This is reported by Euro-football.ru.
This time, Trezeguet is joining River Plate not for an on-field role, but to work in club management. Although his position has not been specifically disclosed, the club introduced the former footballer to the public at a presentation ceremony attended by the entire management.
During the ceremony, it was mentioned that Trezeguet will be involved in strategic matters and represent River Plate at an institutional level. It should be noted that the French footballer retired in 2015.
