KazTransOil Resumes Oil Transit to Uzbekistan
In December, the KazTransOil company resumed oil transit to Uzbekistan and increased the volume of oil delivered to Kyrgyzstan. The volume of oil supplied to Uzbekistan is expected to reach up to 35,000 tons.

Exports to Kyrgyzstan were resumed in November of this year. The last delivery along this route was carried out in 2017.

The company plans to deliver up to 30,000 tons of oil to Kyrgyzstan by the end of 2025. The total delivery volume for both routes will reach up to 65,000 tons, of which 55,000 tons will be transported in December.

The oil will be transported through KazTransOil's main pipelines to the Shagyr oil reloading point, from where it will be loaded onto railway tankers. According to the National Statistics Committee, during the first ten months of 2025, the import of oil and oil products into the country decreased by 1.7%, amounting to $1.63 billion.
