YouTube blocks channels for AI-generated trailers
YouTube has blocked major channels such as Screen Culture and KH Studio. These channels published trailers for movies and TV series created with the help of artificial intelligence.

According to the DTF portal, as reported earlier by Deadline magazine, the combined audience of these two channels exceeded two million subscribers.

The report notes that some Hollywood studios, including Warner Bros. Discovery and Sony, received a portion of the advertising revenue from these videos and did not object to their distribution.

Initially, YouTube temporarily demonetized these channels, but monetization was later reinstated after the addition of labels such as "fan trailer" and "parody." However, it was observed that these labels disappeared a few months later.

According to a subsequent report by Deadline, the decision to block the channels was linked to YouTube’s policies regarding spam and misleading metadata. The owners of Screen Culture and KH Studio have not commented on the situation.
