According to reports, the incident occurred on December 15th in front of the Havan shopping center in the Guaiba municipality. It is noted that the large sculpture, which has stood here since the opening of the store in 2020, has received all the necessary technical certificates and strength documents.
According to warnings, on the same day, wind speeds in the region could exceed 90 kilometers per hour. A 24-meter section of the structure, reaching a total height of 35 meters with the foundation, was overturned due to strong winds. Most importantly, no one was injured in the incident. For the purpose of ensuring security, the territory was fenced off with special barriers.
