A tragic incident occurred at the Uspenskiy General Education School in the Odintsovo district of Moscow Region. A teenager entered the school building armed with a knife and attacked students. The attack took place in the Gorki-2 settlement.
Victim and arrest
According to official information from the Investigative Committee, one student was killed in the attack. Moscow Region police reported that the victim was a 10-year-old fourth-grader.
The assailant, identified as 15-year-old Timofey K., a ninth-grade student, was taken into custody. According to the publication "Baza," after committing the murder, the attacker took a selfie with his victim's body in the background. The victim’s name was Qobiljon, and he was of Tajik origin.
Hate and extremist symbols
The attire and equipment of the attacker suggest his extremist ideologies:

- T-shirt inscription: Timofey was wearing a T-shirt with the phrase "No Lives Matter," a slogan created by racists in opposition to the Black Lives Matter movement.
- Helmet quote: A quote from American neo-Nazi Dylann Roof was inscribed on the teenager’s helmet. Roof carried out a massacre at a church in Charleston in 2015, killing nine African Americans. The quote on the helmet read: "I had to do it because someone had to do something."

According to the publication "Ostorozhno, Novosti," the full quote contains explicit expressions of hatred towards African Americans.
Attack details and "Manifesto"
The teenage assailant recorded his actions on video. The footage shows him approaching a group of students standing with a teacher and asking about their ethnic background. When the school security guard approached, Timofey sprayed him with pepper spray before stabbing him and then ran towards the students. He caught one student and inflicted multiple stab wounds in various areas. The attacker reportedly uploaded the video to his personal Telegram channel.
In another video, Timofey entered a classroom and asked whether a "dark-skinned" teacher, whose name he couldn't recall, had attended that day. In response to the teacher's question, the teenager stated, "I'll spend the rest of my life in prison anyway," and added, "You can read about it on Wikipedia."
Prior to the attack, Timofey reportedly sent a document titled "My Wrath" to his classmates. In this so-called manifesto, he expressed hatred towards society and referred to people as "biowaste." He blamed Muslims, the LGBTQ community, Jews, anti-fascists, liberals, and opposition activists for various problems.
Official response
The Investigative Committee has launched a criminal case under the charges of murder and attempted murder. Moscow Region Governor Andrey Vorobyov described the attack on the school students as "horrifying and exceptionally brutal."
Andrey Vorobyov stated: "This is a true tragedy for the entire Moscow region. All contributing factors must be analyzed, and all possible measures must be taken to ensure such incidents do not recur."
The governor urged journalists not to release videos from the scene, as doing so could cause further pain to the victims and their families.
