November 21, 2025, 10:18 AM. UzAuto Motors has announced the commencement of sales for Chevrolet Cobalt vehicles through its official dealerships.
This decision follows the cancellation of certain contracts made via the online platform on November 3. On that day, the company had offered 100,000 vehicles for sale, of which only 20,800 were paid for within the stipulated seven-day period.
"UzAuto Motors" JSC stated, "Following the conclusion of the payment deadlines, a decision was made to begin the sale of Chevrolet Cobalt vehicles at official dealer showrooms." Customers will have the opportunity to choose their dealership, available vehicles, and additional equipment.
Contracts will be processed through the unified UzAuto Motors system and will include a QR code verifying their authenticity. As of November 20, 2,600 Cobalt vehicles have been delivered to dealers, of which 1,900 have been sold and handed over to buyers.
An additional 6,000 vehicles are in the delivery process. The company emphasized that sales through dealerships will not impact its obligations under online contracts, noting that more than half of the vehicles scheduled for delivery in November have already been handed over to their owners.
By December 15, the company plans to prepare vehicles scheduled for delivery in December 2025 and January 2026. UzAuto Motors also addressed rumors circulating on social media regarding alleged corruption schemes related to Cobalt sales.
The company stated that the author of these claims failed to provide evidence and called on customers to report any unlawful practices to the Compliance Department.
