Editorial policy
«Zamin.uz» is an online publication covering news from Uzbekistan and around the world. Our primary mission is to provide readers with accurate, impartial, prompt, and verified information. The following principles form the foundation of our editorial work.
Authorship and Responsibility. Materials on the site are prepared by professional journalists, editors, and authors. The author of each article is indicated, and the editorial office takes full responsibility for every published piece.
Fact-Checking. Every report is verified against reliable sources before publication and, whenever possible, confirmed by multiple independent sources. Facts, figures, names, dates, and quotes are carefully reviewed. Anonymous sources are used only when necessary and under editorial supervision.
Impartiality and Balance. On controversial topics, we strive to present the perspectives of different parties and provide the criticized side with the opportunity to respond.
Separation of News and Advertising. News, analysis, commentary, and advertising materials are clearly distinguished from one another. Editorial opinions are separate from signed articles; advertising and sponsored content are marked with appropriate labels.
Independence. Our editorial policy is based on independence: advertisers, as well as political or commercial interests, do not influence the content of our materials.
Artificial Intelligence. We may use artificial intelligence tools as assistants in preparing materials (for translation, summarization, or initial editing); however, the final content is always reviewed and approved by a human.
