Tragic Death of a 14-Year-Old Girl in Samarkand

A 14-year-old girl in Samarkand committed suicide by jumping from the 8th floor. A video of the incident was leaked on social media. This was reported by Hayot Shamsutdinov, head of the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office.

According to reports, on January 13 of this year, at approximately 5:30 PM, M.R., a minor born in 2010 and an 8th-grade student at School No. 29 in the Saxovat neighborhood of Samarkand region, jumped out of the corridor window on the 8th floor of a multi-story residential building located in the Bahor neighborhood of Samarkand city.

The Samarkand City Prosecutor's Office has launched a pre-investigation probe into the incident.
