A recently circulated video on social media has sparked widespread debate. It shows a group of young men turning the trunk of a car into a "mobile pool", where they drank beer, grilled kebabs, and celebrated a “cottage-style vacation.” According to hokimiyat.uz, the incident took place in the Akkurgan district of Tashkent region.
Interestingly, the video was recorded as a way to promote their teahouse and Instagram page. According to them, their only goal was to attract viewers, but the outcome was far from what they expected.
At first glance, the situation might seem like a joke or just “top-tier content.” But everything changed once the authorities got involved. The Road Safety Department classified it as a serious violation of public order and passenger transport regulations. It was emphasized that such behavior is dangerous not only for the participants but also for others nearby.
Law enforcement officers organized a special session with the individuals involved. Each participant was questioned in detail. They admitted that the video was staged and scripted. Their goal was to gain attention through viral social media content. However, it was also made clear that breaking the law will not go unnoticed.
Although some of the individuals claimed it was “just a joke,” the court saw it differently. According to the ruling, each of them was sentenced to 12 days of administrative detention. They were not let off with just a warning — the punishment was carried out within the legal framework.
The car featured in the video was also impounded for being operated in violation of traffic rules. Authorities stressed that such behavior not only poses danger but also has a negative impact on the social environment.
Many users commented on the video saying, “This isn’t the first time.” Meanwhile, the incident reignited public discussion about breaking the law for the sake of likes.
It’s worth noting that the pursuit of attention in the media space does not always lead to positive outcomes. This incident is a clear example. The law applies to everyone equally — content creators are not an exception. Being “creative” in real life can often result in unexpected consequences.
Following the incident, the young men promised not to repeat such mistakes. One of them remarked: “We were just goofing around, but the consequences were serious. From now on, we’ll think twice before doing anything.”
Legal experts believe that such actions can not only result in administrative liability but could also lead to harsher penalties in the future — especially when the content promotes behavior that threatens public safety.
In conclusion: the internet is a free space, but it is not above the law. No matter who you are, if you break the law, you will be held accountable.
That’s why risking your life or breaking rules for a like is a completely wrong move. This case should serve as a lesson for many. Turning life into content is easy — but the consequences aren’t always entertaining.
