
In Uzbekistan, people are risking their lives to film trending videos, UPL.uz reported.
Press offices of traffic safety departments reported several cases where individuals broke traffic laws for social media content.
In Akkurgan district, three men filled a truck bed with water and sat in it eating. In a previous clip, one of them danced on top of a vehicle. It was revealed they were promoting their teahouse on Instagram. All three received 12-day administrative arrests.
In another incident, people danced on a moving Nexia-1 car. They were also fined administratively.
On July 11, a similar dance video was recorded in Andijan on a Damas vehicle. All participants were given warnings and written up.
The most high-profile case occurred in Tashkent. A blogger filmed himself dancing on the hood of a Malibu-2 and nearly fell off. The car also had a license plate from a different vehicle.
