Galkin’s concerts spark protests in Germany

Many viewers believe his programs are mainly intended for Russian-speaking immigrants and Ukrainian refugees. Social media is filled with comments like “You already left — why are you coming back?”.

Some Germans argue that in the current situation, as the country faces internal challenges, such entertainment events are inappropriate.

A major point of criticism is that concert tickets are allegedly purchased using benefits allocated to refugees, placing an additional burden on the national budget and taxpayers.

Galkin’s attempts to “assimilate” into German society have also drawn criticism.

Some users emphasize that knowing the language doesn’t make someone “one of us”.
