Illegal construction halted in Uchtepa

Construction of a multi-storey residential complex by the company “Great Vertex” has been halted in the Uchtepa district of Tashkent.

The reason is the unjustified increase in the number of floors, which was not approved in the original project documentation.

The building was being constructed on land designated for a parking lot, where a modern residential building and parking area were originally planned. However, despite the rejection of an official request to increase the number of floors on February 28, 2025, construction continued.

The construction inspection body conducted 13 checks, which confirmed legal violations. An administrative report has been filed against the responsible individual.

Currently, construction has been fully suspended. Work on the site will not resume until all violations and deficiencies are addressed. Read 'Zamin' on Telegram!
