In the capital, a house built of wood caught fire. According to official data, the incident was recorded on the evening of September 27 in the Yangihaot district of Tashkent city. This was reported by the city Department of Emergency Situations.
According to the information, at 21:06 a fire broke out in a private house located in Yoldosh mahalla, 11th quarter of Yangihaot district. As soon as the report was received, fire-rescue crews arrived at the scene at 21:09. Thanks to their prompt actions, the fire was contained at 21:23 and its further spread was prevented. Finally, at 21:37 the fire was completely extinguished.
The Department of Emergency Situations noted that as a result of the incident, no threat to human life or cases of serious injuries were recorded. At the same time, since the house was built of wood, the fire spread rapidly, but the professional and coordinated actions of the rescuers made it possible to bring the situation under control in a short time.
An investigation is being carried out regarding the incident. According to the responsible officials, the cause of the fire was likely due to improper use of electrical appliances or non-compliance with safety rules.
Experts warn the population that in houses built of wood, the risk of fire is especially high. They urge citizens to use electrical devices with caution and to regularly check gas equipment and heating devices.
