A tragedy in Kyrgyzstan’s Osh city amusement park has deeply shocked the public. An 18-year-old girl died after falling from an attraction. This was reported by Turmush.kg.
Details of the incident
According to reports, on September 21 at the Alisher Navoi Park, three friends were riding the attraction “Boat” when one of them unexpectedly fell down.
Emergency medical workers arrived at the scene, but they found no signs of life, and her death at the site was confirmed.
It was reported that the deceased was born in 2007 and lived in the Karasuu district of Osh region.
Investigation and inquiry
The Osh City Department of Internal Affairs has launched an investigation into the case. Law enforcement authorities are currently studying all the causes and details of the incident.
Previously neglected problems
It should be recalled that in April 2025, it was revealed at a meeting that attractions at Alisher Navoi Park were operating without full technical diagnostics and laboratory testing. Moreover, the responsible staff members did not possess the required certificates or sanitary documents.
