Employees of the Bureau's Andijan Regional Department issued multiple official warnings to the debtor regarding the necessity of timely loan repayment. However, it was reported that this individual failed to fulfill the assumed financial obligations and did not make payments within the established deadlines.
According to the writ of execution issued by the Izboskan Inter-District Court for Civil Cases on January 21, 2025, it was determined that a total of 148.4 million soums of loan debt would be recovered from the individual entrepreneur M.A. in favor of the claimant JSCB "Uzsanoatqurilishbank." It was also noted that in case of non-fulfillment of the debtor's obligations, recovery would be directed at the person's place of residence.
To ensure compliance with the requirements of the writ of execution, the department employees issued yet another official warning to the debtor. However, he still failed to fulfill his financial obligations on time and evaded payment.
Consequently, in accordance with the procedures established by law, a residential building belonging to the defendant in the Kul mahalla of the Balikchi district was seized and put up for auction. Currently, this property is open for participation in an electronic online auction with a starting price of 175 million soums. Any law-abiding citizen may participate in the auction following the prescribed procedure.
