In the city of Jizzakh, citizens were forcibly evicted from a house on the basis of a court decision. This was reported by the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement.
According to the information, the enforcement document regarding debtor N.A. and others was not executed within the set deadline, therefore the eviction was carried out by state executors.
Prior to the execution, the debtor was officially informed about the date and time of the eviction and was warned that his absence during the process would not prevent the enforcement of the court document.
The eviction process was conducted in the presence of witnesses, officers of the internal affairs bodies, the emergency services, medical aid staff, and other authorized persons.
As a result, the house was handed over to its lawful owner, and the entire process was formalized with a report signed by all participants.
