In Jizzakh, a father went abroad after paying 125 million for child support

In the Zarbdor district of Jizzakh region, a father restored his right to travel abroad by prepaying alimony for his child. This was reported by the press service of the Financial Bureau.

According to the information, under the court’s civil case execution order, alimony for a minor child was collected from debtor A.H. in favor of the claimant S.H.

During the enforcement proceedings, the debtor’s right to leave the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan was temporarily restricted. Later, A.H. applied to the state executor, expressing his intention to travel abroad in the future.

As a result of legal explanations provided by the Zarbdor district office staff, the father prepaid 125 million UZS in alimony and received permanent permission to travel abroad.

This case demonstrated effective practical measures in the field of parental and child rights, as well as enforcement discipline. It became clear to citizens that alimony issues can be resolved quickly and efficiently through such a system.
