Veolia Energy Tashkent company has started inspecting heating networks and equipment based on the requests received from residents regarding the temporary change in hot water color. Citizens experiencing such a problem are asked to call 1347 or 71 200 00 56 to submit their request.
In addition, it is possible to contact the company’s local branch in your area or send a message via the Telegram channel (t.me/VeoliaOperativMarkazi). Specialists will record all requests and, together with management companies or homeowners' associations, will inspect the residential buildings and engineering networks.
If it is confirmed that the problem is related to external networks, the possibility of recalculating hot water payments for residents will be provided. To recalculate, an official report will be drawn up with the participation of a company representative, where the nature and duration of the problem will be recorded.
