
The Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan has announced new exchange rates for foreign currencies. According to the official report, the US dollar has decreased by 32.75 soums, making it 11,972.34 soums.
The largest drop was recorded for the euro, which fell by 112.14 soums to become 13,786.15 soums. Additionally, the pound sterling also decreased by 63.40 soums and amounted to 15,714.89 soums.
The Russian ruble dropped by 0.77 soums, bringing it to 147.79 soums, while the Chinese yuan fell by 6.51 soums and equalized at 1,681.23 soums. The Japanese yen also decreased by 0.22 soums and became 77.66 soums.
Amidst the overall decrease, only the Kazakhstani tenge showed growth, having increased by 0.08 soums to reach 22.76 soums. The updated currency rates will be in effect starting tomorrow, November 4 (Tuesday).
