In the Kokdala district of the Kashkadarya region, individuals attempting to sell liquefied gas allocated at a preferential price for the population and social institutions were uncovered. This was reported by the Department for Combating Economic Crimes under the Prosecutor General's Office.
According to the information, during an operational event conducted jointly by employees of the Kokdala Department of the Department and representatives of the State Security Service, the head of the limited liability company "A.G.S." colluded with citizen M.Kh. and planned to sell 10,200 kilograms of liquefied gas intended for the population for 76.5 million soums. They were detained while loading 10,360 kilograms of gas into a KAMAZ truck.
As a result of swift actions, 35 million soums and 2,000 US dollars in cash were confiscated from citizen A.F.'s car as material evidence.
Currently, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 167 of the Criminal Code - "embezzlement or misappropriation," and an investigation has begun.
It should be recalled that earlier in the Jizzakh region, an employee of the "Hududgaz" system was detained while receiving a bribe of $6,000.
