
On November 3, the Uzbekistan Football Association made a decision regarding a number of football clubs for failing to meet financial obligations. According to the decision, Namangan’s “Navbahor” club was penalized for not paying debts to its former players and other clubs.
Despite repeated warnings, the club failed to fulfill its obligations and, as a result, was deducted three points and banned from making transfers during two transfer windows. It should be noted that “Navbahor” is facing financial problems this season.
