Weapons and Ammunition Discovered in Tashkent Basement

A resident of Tashkent discovered weapons and ammunition during repair work in a basement. This was reported by the press service of the Tashkent City Police Department.

According to the information provided, on December 2, the man reported to law enforcement authorities about finding swords, daggers, firearms, grenades, their capsules, detonators, and other ammunition in the basement. Investigations revealed that these weapons and ammunition belonged to the homeowner's late father.

The deceased father had previously worked at the Ministry of Defense. The Police Department reminded citizens that voluntarily surrendering weapons and ammunition exempts them from criminal liability.
