In the Chilanzar district of Tashkent city, the activities of fake cosmetologist spouses were terminated.
It is reported that the spouse “cosmetologists” had been performing surgical operations on facial skin in the basements of multi-storey buildings on Archa Street in the Chilanzar district. That is, without special permission and legal grounds, in unofficial conditions, they conducted “operations,” putting people’s health at risk.
Several women who suffered from the performed operations filed complaints against the spouses to the relevant authorities. A criminal case was initiated on this fact, and a criminal case against the spouse cosmetologists was considered in the Chilanzar district court.
According to the words of a female victim who participated in the court, the male cosmetologist, while intoxicated, cut her face. Due to the depth of the wound, a very large amount of blood flowed. Then the man left the work to his wife and went out himself. His wife tried to cauterize the cut place with a laser. The “operation,” which started in the evening, continued until six in the morning. After that, the victim woman fell into a coma for 5 days.
In connection with this case, the male cosmetologist was found guilty under Article 186 of the Criminal Code (production, storage, transportation or sale of goods that do not meet safety requirements, performance of work or provision of services for the purpose of sale) part 2 clauses “b,” “v,” “g,” and was sentenced to 3 years of imprisonment and was taken into custody in the courtroom. His wife was charged under the same articles and was assigned a sentence of 3 years of restriction of liberty.
