A video reflecting a situation in Tashkent spread on social networks: it says that a young man is offering a foreign citizen to chew nosvoy. After the episode in the video caused discussions among the public, the Main Department of Internal Affairs of Tashkent city conducted an investigation into this case.
According to the results of the investigation, the incident occurred on January 25 of the current year in one of the recreation parks located in Chilonzor district. It was reported that M.K., born in 2006, offered a foreign citizen nosvoy, and also, using insulting words, deliberately violated the rules of conduct in a public place.
Regarding this incident, the Chilonzor district IIO FMB drew up an administrative protocol against M.K. under Article 183 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility — “petty hooliganism”. The collected materials were sent to the district court for criminal cases to take lawful measures.
It is noted that the internal affairs bodies will continue investigations into such cases spreading on social networks, and measures within the framework of the law will be taken against those who violate public order.
