In Rishtan district, a dispute related to the bride’s dowry was resolved in accordance with the law. Based on an application from a divorced citizen, the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau carried out enforcement actions under the установлен procedure.
During the review, dowry items brought by the bride during the marriage were identified and a legally grounded inventory was compiled. In line with this list, 75 types of items—household goods, kitchen equipment, bedding, personal-use items, and equipment belonging to the child—were returned to the owner.
The enforcement process was conducted in full compliance with current legal requirements. As a result, the citizen’s property rights were ensured.
Although the rule of law was upheld in this case, the incident once again highlighted the complex aspects of family relations. It is noted that the interests of the child and family stability are of significant importance to society.
In the work of enforcement authorities, along with strict adherence to legal requirements, a responsible approach to social issues is considered a priority.
