Uzbekistan Boxers Advance to Final

Uzbekistan's boxers achieved remarkable results in the semifinal bouts, securing spots in the finals. One athlete also earned a bronze medal.

In the 48 kg weight category, Farzona Fazilova defeated Ukrainian boxer Anna Okota with a score of 3:2 to advance to the final. In the 70 kg weight category, Aziza Zokirova triumphed over Ukrainian Anastasiya Chernokolenko with a dominant 5:0 victory, earning her place in the final.

In the heavyweight category of over 80 kg, Altinay Sotimboyeva defeated Kazakhstan's Asel Toktasyn with a score of 5:0 and will continue her fight for the gold medal. In the 65 kg weight category, Adhamjon Mukhiddinov lost to Japan’s Shion Nishiyama with a score of 2:3.
