Despite the complex political situation in the Middle East, the initial plans for the Russian women's national team participating in an international tournament remain unchanged. This was reported by euro-football.ru, reports .
According to the Russian Football Union (RFS), the team is continuing preparations for the remaining two matches within the Pink Ladies Cup as scheduled.
The RFS press service told Match TV that training is proceeding according to plan, with preparation work today, a pre-match training session tomorrow, and the next match on March 3rd. No changes have been made to the schedule so far.
Recall that the Russian footballers defeated Tanzania 4-1 in their first match of the tournament. On March 3rd, Russia will play against Ghana, and on March 6th – against Hong Kong.
