Redmi unveils its first 50-euro Headphones Neo wireless headphones

Redmi company introduced the Headphones Neo wireless headphones for 50 euros for the first time

Xiaomi is beginning to master a new direction in the audio accessories market. According to Germany's WinFuture, the brand is preparing to launch its first full-size over-ear wireless headphones — the Redmi Headphones Neo model. Ixbt.com reports.

So far, the company's lineup has included only small-sized and TWS-type headphones.

The new device will be equipped with 40-millimeter drivers with titanium membranes. The frequency range is expected to be from 20 Hz to 40 kHz.

The headphones will also feature three microphones with AI-powered voice processing and an active noise cancellation system capable of reducing external noise by up to 42 decibels.

The Redmi Headphones Neo model will run on Bluetooth 5.4 technology and will be able to connect to two devices at the same time. Users will also be able to use the headphones in wired mode, with a 3.5 mm audio jack and a USB-C port provided.

The device's 500 mAh battery will provide up to 72 hours of autonomous operation with the noise cancellation system turned off. It takes 2 hours to fully charge the battery.

The 410-gram body is protected to IP54 standard. The model, which will initially go on sale in black and white, is expected to cost about 50 euros.
