In our country, a new standard regulation has been approved with the aim of further improving labor relations. According to the relevant decision of the Cabinet of Ministers, this document defines new approaches and clear procedures for organizing labor for employers, especially for business entities.
The main goal of the new regulation is to increase labor efficiency, create convenient and fair conditions for employees at workplaces, and determine the optimal amount of labor force. This, in turn, will become an important step in the development of labor standards and their implementation in every organization, reports norma.uz.
According to the regulation, in the process of labor standardization, the maximum time limit for performing a particular task under certain production conditions is established, and a balanced proportion between the results of labor and the amount of salary is ensured. This is of great importance in finding the optimal correspondence between the number of workers of various categories and the number of equipment.
The classifier of main positions and professions of employees also helps to determine to which category the management, production, and auxiliary staff belong. When determining the number of auxiliary workers, model standards are used as a basis, and their proportion relative to administrative personnel is calculated.
The introduction of this procedure is expected to optimize the workforce in organizations, reduce costs, and increase the motivation of employees. For employers, it creates the opportunity to increase labor efficiency, improve the internal climate of the organization, and better protect the health and interests of employees.
The new model regulation will ensure clarity and transparency in labor relations and give new momentum to the development of the sector. In the future, this procedure will play an important role in solving production problems and encouraging employees.
