Since the beginning of 2025, more than 7,000 normative-legal documents adopted illegally by government officials have led the President to order the creation of a remote monitoring system and the digitization of the decision review processes. At the presentation held on November 3, proposals for digitizing the Prosecutor General's Office system were discussed.
The goal is to reduce bureaucracy and corruption. Such measures have already proven effective: as a result of digitizing public procurement, 7.5 trillion soums have been saved, and about a thousand public services are now provided remotely.
The "Digital Prosecutor’s Supervision" project aims to automate the monitoring process to detect violations of law in real time. Special attention was also given to reforming investigative agencies.
Effectiveness is decreasing due to the existence of a single assessment system and paperwork. Just this year, courts have returned 637 criminal cases for reconsideration.
In this regard, the head of state gave instructions to fully digitize the investigation process—from registering a crime to enforcing a court decision—and to introduce artificial intelligence technologies. In addition, from November 1 to 30, 2025, the "Month of Promoting Cyber Culture" is being held in the country.
The campaign is aimed at educating the population on the basics of digital security. The introduction of digital technologies in public procurement not only helps save budget funds but also fosters a healthy competitive environment.
This creates equal opportunities for representatives of small and medium-sized businesses to obtain government contracts. Read “Zamin” on Telegram!
