Introduced warnings for some traffic violations

According to the law adopted on February 4, 2026 (O'RQ-1116), it will be possible to issue an administrative warning for minor traffic safety violations.

An administrative warning is an official reminder to the offender not to repeat illegal actions, which can be submitted in writing or electronically.

A warning is applied for the following articles:

- Article 125 (parts 1-2);

- Articles 1281, 1282, 1286;

- Article 1351;

- Article 138 (parts 1-2).

It is reported that a warning can be applied to one person only once a year.
