Nearly $100,000 was recovered through the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement in Muynak

According to the writ of execution under the jurisdiction of the Muynak District Department of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement, a total of 92,737 US dollars will be recovered from the debtor enterprise in favor of the claimant - "WUDI HUAYI BIOLOGICAL TECHNOLOGI CO" LLC.

This enforcement document is based on the decision of the Kungrad Inter-District Court for Civil Cases dated November 21, 2024.

In order to ensure the execution of the resolution, the state executor collected funds from the debtor's bank accounts, seized the Lacetti vehicle belonging to the debtor, and put it up for electronic auction.

At the auction, the car sold for 82,083,000 soums. The remaining debt was collected from the debtor's bank accounts.

The recovered funds were transferred to the claimant on January 30 of this year. As a result, the restoration of the violated rights of the entrepreneur was ensured.
